Windham Vacation Rentals

Our prices are low and inviting (from $79/night).
As listed in the price chart, we also offer discounts for longer stays (3 nights weekend or week long stays) as well as lower prices during weekdays.
If compared to motel rooms, we offer more privacy, fully equipped kitchen and a peaceful, clean, homey atmosphere. Renting a cabin provides with an opportunity to experience how life is for the locals and be a part of local community. This would be hard to accomplish while staying at a hotel/motel room.

Cabin can be rented for up to 5 guests. It is ideal for 2-4 people.
Prices are nonnegotiable, unless for longer than 1 week stay.
If you are looking for a bigger cabin, please contact us. We might be able to refer you to another vacation rental in the Catskills.

Price includes the use of: basic kitchen accessories (utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking stove, etc.), bathroom accessories (soap, towels, shampoo, etc) linens, use of water, heaters (winter), Air Conditioner (summer), grill, Basic Cable TV Programming, DVD and Wireless High Speed Internet connection.

To ensure availability please make early reservations.
1 Night Stays are offered as "last minute" bookings only (see below).

In the event when a holiday falls on Friday or Monday, minimum 3 nights stay is required at holiday rates.
Holiday weekend rates apply to all holidays during the week.

Deposit is required (1/2 of the total price) or payment in full.

Security / Damage deposit: $100 (depending on the length of stay and number of guests), refundable within 5 days of check out.

1 Night Stay:

We welcome you for one night if the cabin is not reserved (last minute trips). Why do 1 night stays cost more, are "last minute" only, and what is "last minute"? See our FAQ Page (#26)

Check In/Check Out:
Cabin is ready for guests from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check out hour is at or before 11AM .

In the event that there were no prior guests leaving the day of your arrival, we welcome you from 11:00 AM. If there are no guests scheduled to arrive on the day of your departure, we welcome you to stay until 4:00 PM. Please confirm with us.

Seasonal rentals for a month or longer.
Please contact us in advance if you are interested in a longer term / seasonal rental, to ensure that the dates you are interested in don't have any bookings yet.

Last minute getaway trips:

Many people take spontaneous trips! If you just decided that you would like to visit Catskill Mountains please call us to check if our cottage is available for your last minute getaway trip.
We welcome last minute guests!

If you are interested in making reservations or have any questions, please call us or fill out the form on our Contact page.

You can also fill out the Reservation Form below. The form allows you to make a request for reservation immediately, and temporarily book the cottage ahead of anyone else.

We will inform you as to the availability of the cottage for the dates requested and send you an invoice that you can pay online with your credit or debit card, or Paypal. You can also mail your payment in the form of Postal Money Order. (Why Postal Money Order? - We can cash it at our Post Office).
Reservations will be confirmed after the payment is received.

Reservation Form:

This form is used to make RESERVATION REQUESTS ONLY (You will not be making any payments)

Please contact us even if the dates you want appear as "booked" or "Pending" on the calendar.

We might be able to refer you to another vacation rental in the Catskills.

Please note: If we do not get any response within 24 hours of sending an e-mail, pre-reservation will be automatically canceled.

When you are ready to book, we will send you an invoice via Paypal, which you can pay using your Paypal account, Credit or Debit Card, or Postal Money Order. Please let us know if you decided to send a postal money order, so we can keep your reservation as pending for the next few days.

Cancellations: If you terminate your reservation 60 days or more prior to the start of your rental, you will receive a FULL refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made 51-59 days prior to arrival date - 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment, 41-50 days - 20% will be deducted, 31-40 days - 35% will be deducted, 14-30 days - 50% will be deducted, 8-13 days - 75% will be deducted, within 7 days prior to the start of rental - no refund will be issued and we will keep your payment. See exceptions (if the dates you cancelled get booked)

There are no refunds for one night stay payments.
Cancellation, early departure or late arrival does not warrant any refund . No refunds will be issued for early departure or late arrival.
